Acquisitions & Employment

Acquisitions are part of our long term growth strategy. We are interested in SME logistic providers who have a first class reputation.

We are always on the lookout for companies where the owner or owners no longer have the energy or desire to drive the business forward, or where the company has experienced changes in the business and do not have sufficient financial resources to continue trading in the long term. This could be a situation where the owner or owners want to sell their business, or continue employment under the security of a parent company.
